She’s a mom, manager of the #1 smoothie & supplement shop in Rome, Ga and an IFBB Pro who is dedicated to living a healthy and fit lifestyle.
Alison has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition, and after becoming a single mom and wanting a job that allowed flexibility to be as present as possible for her two teenage kids, she decided to turn her passion into a business.
She had already been making a protein bar she loved, perfecting the recipe using her knowledge of nutrition and experience with countless other bars she’d tried. She focused on using high-quality ingredients, creating a healthy, satisfying, great tasting protein bar recipe she loved that also fit her personal nutrition and fitness goals.
After years of making them for herself, family, and friends, Alison began selling her protein bars from their smoothie & supplement shop and online. Her bars quickly gained popularity among the community for their great taste, soft texture, and high protein content.
As her business grew, Alison decided to take her passion to the next level and become a competitive bodybuilder. She amped up her training and nutrition even more, balancing her business and family responsibilities with her fitness goals. Much to her surprise, she achieved an IFBB Pro Card in Women’s Physique in her first season and first 2 NPC shows.
Today, Alison’s kids are both in college, she competes on international bodybuilding stages, and her protein bars are sold in health food stores across Northwest Ga, Alabama, and Florida, along with being shipped across the country. She continues to inspire others with her dedication to health and fitness, proving that with hard work and determination, anything is possible.
