About Me

Hi! I'm Alison, creator of the Spartan Protein Bar! I'm a mom, manager of the #1 smoothie and supplement shop in Rome, Ga and an IFBB Pro who is dedicated to living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

I've always had a passion for fitness and nutrition, and after becoming a single mom and wanting a job that allowed flexibility to be as present as possible for her two teenage kids, I decided to turn my passion into a business.

I had already been making a protein bar that I loved, perfecting the recipe using my knowledge of nutrition and experience with countless bars I'd tried.  I focused on using high quality ingredients, creating a healthy, satisfying, great tasting protein bar recipe I loved that also fit my personal nutrition and fitness goals.  Score!!!

After years of making them for myself, family, and friends, I began selling my protein bars from our smoothie & supplement shop and online.  The bars quickly gained popularity among the community for their great taste, soft texture, and low maintenance shelf life.

As my business grew, I decided to take my passion to the next level and enter the world of competitive bodybuilding. I amped up my training and nutrition even more, balancing my business and family responsibilities with my fitness goals.  Much to my surprise I achieved and IFBB Pro Card in Women's Physique in my first season and first two NPC shows.

Today, Alison's kids are both in college, she competes on international bodybuilding stages, and my protein bars are sold across NW Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, along with being shipped to over half the county. I hope to continue to inspire others with my dedication to my business, fitness, and nutrition goals proving with belief in oneself, hard work, and determination, anything is possible!!!
